Individuals can email info@hamrei.com at any time if they would like to limit the use and disclosure of their personal data. To keep your Personal Data accurate, current, complete, or to limit or delete it, please contact us as specified below. We will take reasonable steps to update, correct, limit or delete Personal Data in our possession that you have previously submitted via the Services if requested via email to our team at info@hamrei.com.

The Services and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for HAMREI Ltd. to make changes to this Privacy Policy. HAMREI Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data.

We use Google Analytics to track visitors to our website – this allows us to find out how users find our website (for example, through search engines or via social media channels) and to get an idea of the most popular pages on our site. The data gathered has no personal details and cannot be used to identify or contact you. We gather this information to allow us to audit our website on a regular basis and update content accordingly (for example, if our client stories have more visitors than our news section then we know to produce more content like this which is of interest to you).

We use cookies to allow you to share our content on social media quickly and easily. These cookies collect information relating to how many times particular pages are shared and the geographical locations they are shared from. They do not allow us any form of access to your social media channels or allow us to interact with your social media account in any way via the website.

HAMREI Ltd. handcrafts unique pieces of furniture and lighting and some of our pieces are available for purchase directly on our website.

Payments

Our prices are shown in GBP and they are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of import/export taxes when applicable.

We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer.

Shipping

Cost for delivery alongside taxes is calculated upon check-out or quoted by email.

The freight costs will be added to the price according to the destination and the package volume.

We will process your order as quickly as possible upon payment’s receipt.

When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping terms are DAP which means that when ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, we do not collect the VAT, however, import duties and/or taxes according to national laws may be levied when the package arrives in the destination country. You are responsible for paying all the associated import costs to the chosen country.

Returns and refunds

No returns and no refunds are allowed. In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation and contact customer service at info@hamrei.com.

Due to our furniture and lighting pieces’ unique features, we reserve the right to apply also Specific Conditions of Purchase. These Specific Conditions of Purchase are published alongside each product’s description (including but not limited to lead time, payment, return) and available by email at info@hamrei.com.

We also offer a selection of “upon request” items that are not in stock. In that case, you can expect a longer delivery time than usual. You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. We strive to provide the most accurate estimated arrival date. However, fulfilment of these items can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (delays from the supplier, the shipping carrier, natural disasters etc.). We will of course do our best to keep you informed of any delays to your order.
